Cash on Delivery (COD) is payable on delivery for orders within Nairobi. For orders outside Nairobi, you will be required to pay first using the iPay portal through the:

5. What if I am outside Nairobi but want to pay on delivery?
We have partnered with jumia.co.ke to allow you to order via our Jumia shop and pay on delivery
6. Do you do installations?
Yes, we have qualified electrical technicians that do installations, electrical maintenance, electrical repairs as well as small-scale energy audits.
7. Do your products have warranty?
Tested electrical items such as floodlights have no warranty. However, we offer 90days warranty of shower elements that are installed by a qualified technician.
